About Us

Richard founded Gibbs Building Solutions Ltd in 2023 to provide refurbishment, maintenance, and construction services for property and block management professionals in London.

Richard began working in construction as a teenager, before studying Business at the University of Plymouth. He worked as a block manager after graduating and went on to cofound LRJ Construction & Maintenance Ltd in 2021, bringing together practical site experience with a strong understanding of managed residential buildings. 

Having worked with prime residential properties, including in Kensington and Chelsea, he understands the regulatory, technical, and client expectations involved in maintaining and improving residential blocks.
